as possible. We are keen to make you aware of the various
options available for recreation and enjoyment within
the local area during your stay.
We also offer information regarding local and family
history research and current local amenities. The guest
house is also ideally situated for easy access to the
many aspects of Sunderland's new and growing cultural
identity.
The Guest House is walking distance to the beach, historical sites,
restaurants, pubs and the new marina. A short distance from the City Centre,
Sunderland University, the Stadium of Light and the recently
connected link to the Metro at St. Peter's.
